I love being at Charles Rutenberg Realty! I just closed my first deal and it was great getting the whole commission.  I would have had to close two deals at the other Broker to earn the check I just received. I was paid in three days instead of having to wait one to two weeks. I think back to all the commission I have given away to my previous Broker and it seems unbelievable to me.  Why would anyone want to work any other place?
